Payments
A. Due to an ever-increasing membership, we do not automatically send out renewal notices every year to our members. Details of fees for the following year are sent by e-mail to every member in November, and details are also available on the ISE website. If, however, you still require a renewal notice please e-mail your request to: info@ise-online.org
Q. How do I pay my fees online?
A. You can pay the membership fee and any journal subscription fees online by credit card (VISA and EURO/MASTERCARD only).
Click on 'Members Area' at the top of the Homepage, and then add your username and password.
Click on '"Membership fee and subscriptions", log in and continue with completing the payment form.
Please ensure that you click on the final 'Continue' button in the SAFERPAY popup window to complete the transaction.
Q. I’m worried about security and don’t want to give my credit card details online. What can I do?
A. If you would like to pay by credit card but do not wish to use the ISE website, we can process the payment for you using a secure online payment system. Please email or fax your details to info@ise-online.org or 0041 21 648 39 75.
Q. I can’t pay by credit card, what other methods of payment are there?
A. You can pay the fees by cheque or bank transfer (see below for details).

Invoices and Receipts
Q. I need an official invoice for my fees.
A. You can create an invoice online at www.ise-online.org.
Click on 'Members Area' at the top of the Homepage, and then add your username and password.
Click on ‘Payments for members and journal subscriptions’. Click on appropriate boxes, then click on ‘Bank Transfer payment or Offline Credit Card payment’ at the bottom of the page.
To print, click on ‘Print your Invoice’. If you wish to pay by credit card, please write the details in the space provided on the Invoice, and then fax it to the ISE Office on 0041 21 648 39 75.
For a Bank Transfer payment, the ISE bank details are given at the top of the Invoice.
Q. I need an official receipt for my fees. Who do I contact?

User name and Password problems
Q. I’ve forgotten my username and/or password what can I do?
A. If you have forgotten your username/password, it can be retrieved via the ISE website. Click here for details link to text 4
Q. I am an ISE member, how do I access the members restricted area of the website?
A. Click on "MEMBERS AREA" on the Homepage, then add your username and password.
Q. I have lost the voting password, can you re-send it me?
A. Voting passwords are sent only once by e-mail to paid-up members. For reasons of confidentiality, only the individual member knows their voting password and we do not have access to this information. We are therefore unable to re-confirm your voting password.
Update my address
Q. How do I update my address, e-mail address, phone/fax numbers etc.?
A. You can update your personal details online at www.ise-online.org. After log-in click on "My PROFILE" and then "Edit My profile". All your address details can there be updated and should be accurate for journal subscription deliveries.
Log-in problems
Q. Why do I keep being returned to the log-in page?
A. If you keep seeing the log-in page and can't get past it, you have a cookie problem. Please check that your browser's preferences are set to accept cookies. Theses settings will not take effect until you reload the page or restart your browser.
